First, some useful things to keep in mind for your wolf dogs during winter.

Even though wolf dog hybrids come equipped with two winter coats, harsh winter conditions can affect everything.

When winter conditions are severe, always make sure your wolf hybrid has proper shelter. A dry place away from the outdoor elements and perhaps on a dog bed.

Always make sure that your wolf dog has plenty of fresh water. Wolf hybrids can become dehydrated in winter and snow is inadequate. Make sure they have fresh water available.

Watch your wolf hybred carefully around fireplaces, heaters, and other heat sources that can harm.

Never allow your wolf hybrid dog access to drink antifreeze! It tastes sweet to them and is deadly.

Make sure your pet has ID tags if likely to get lost in winter weather.

Keep-up heartworm prevention all year long.

Never leave your wolf dog alone in a vehicle with the windows closed.

And, make sure to groom and exercise your wolf dog properly during winter months so that they stay healthy.
