How do I get my puppy teething toys to chew gum?
I aa miniature Dachsund only 8 weeks … He made his teeth and chewing on everything but chew toys My boyfriend and I bought him. We even bought a special toy to chew on teething puppies. What do we do?
give him time, he is still very young. Each time he chews on something he should not chew, tell him no and give him the chew toy.

My dogs love edible dog bones to chew. they do not like hard rubber toys (including Kongs) … ?
I need to bone Long term dog edible – they seem to eat everything super fast. but they do not like non-edible toys soft rubber and are not a large fan of stuffed Kongs. suggestions.
Natural bones are very successful in my house. http://www.petsmart.com/product/index.jsp?productId=2750763 buy usually those who are not covered because I do not know how long the stuff has been there. But I sometimes stuff them with cheese or peanut butter for extra treatment. But even the dogs plain love 'em. Just be warned, they hurt when you accidentally bump your foot on! Of course raw, meaty bones are always a fave in my house. They do not last all that time, and dogs must be placed in boxes to obtain, but once or twice a week is a treat.

Storing fish after capture and before bearing in ice slurry of water?
Read how to keep fish after capture if you want to keep and eat. Many sites say that by bleeding of your fish, it will taste better and have better texture, but some say that killing the fish by a method IKY (essentially severing the spine and brain) and allowing the blood to remain in the body, better. Whats the BEST for the dog food and WHY YOUR DOG?
I feed my dogs pedigree for 13 years and never had a problem and it works wonders for my dog and I feel its best for him ….. Does anyone have a better dog food they feed their dogs? and why?
I feed my dog Solid Gold Wolfking. She has terrible food allergies and it does very well here because of great ingredients. I must be very attention to what she eats. She is allergic to many foods. Some people will tell you to buy the most expensive. Some will tell you to buy only their brand. I know that corn and wheat (in dog food) is bad for MY dog. But I also have aa rule: if your dog looks good and feel good, then leave it on food. Because I have seen dogs live for years on cheap food. Why change what works? The dog My friend eats Pedigree and it is superb! My cat is on Purina and she is beautiful and I've seen people say it is a "bad" foods. Eh Well, I tried a more expensive brand and it did not look good on he diarrhea and stomach upset. It is very good with this food. I 'm not changing it unless it starts to have problems. The only thing I do not recommend the food with dyes in it (such as croquettes different color). They can cause problems with some dogs.

My dog takes so little time, help please?
Hi, my name is Abby. I am a Labrador retriever 10 months old, my landlord told me that I'm really looking beautiful. I like to catch tennis balls in the air, and play tug-of-war with my Wubba Kong or my rope. I like to steal the dish cloth, and then play ball-me-if-you-can. Katie tries caught me and I think she is playing, if I refuse to let it get to me. I also wanted to jump on the counter to see if there are dog treats, and sometimes throwing me katie spraybottle with water. We also know that dogs are opportunists. there are ways to train a dog out of these bad habits, but some are best avoided. as the counter. Abby, your people should keep you out of the kitchen if you can not behave properly. and they should never leave the delightful things on the counter to tempt you. It is just training you to be sneaky! Also, since you are a laboratory (usually determined dogs!) a spray of water may not not enough of a correction if you happen to put your feet up there. a good scare, on the other hand, like an earthquake can, could do better. When Katie tries to catch you, she should never chase you. it must draw your attention, and then run the other way, so you have to chase her! It should also you can not let out until she has taught you a reliable recall. I'm sure it would be very sad if you run off and being struck by a car. for the mother of Abby … a reminder of trust can be taught (sometimes better than using a new command, not come) with cookies. while training the dog should never be unless the owner knows the dog will listen. then dog gets a cookie. then it must be done often and randomly, always richly rewarded and praised. DO NOT use the command to the dog over to put a leash on this subject! Use only the reminder to give the dog a salary, and New Release! so it's not really a "just" command, it is a "Come and Get a treat command! Abby is more likely to listen if she is able to recover to play after getting the deal! then, in an emergency, it will satisfy the order, expecting a treat!

Do you know a cat tasty treats that I can do?
I have this stray cat that comes to my house and he will not let anyone approach him if I do a little house for him and I want to butter him in second place giving him a tasty new treat. I gave him cat nip and eat it, but I wanted make him something special. Have ideas?
A really great thing to feed a cat is raw chicken. It is perfect for food, and for those who do not get it on a regular basis its a HUGE treat! My 2 love raw chicken livers, they have a psychic sense that I'll sometimes find that there appears. It is also a very healthy, well balanced meal. Edit: If you decide to feed cooked chicken as a meal, then you need to get a package of nutrients in a pet store to include taurine, like chicken cooking eliminates taurine in foods and Cats are not able to metabolize as humans and dogs. Just an FYI;) Edit2: A cat's digestive tract is shorter than a human, if bacteria which is found in raw meat did not have time to cultivate. Read up on a raw food, its actually the healthiest thing you can feed a cat, and diet closest they would get really wild. Chicken is meat based usually fed, just because its so cheap and easy to prepare. You can also give a cat with raw chicken bones, and its completely fine (not cooked chicken Tho). Thon causes an accumulation of yellow fat around the liver of a cat, and is also highly addictive. It may take a very long time to wean a cat off of tuna, I recommend only if you try to capture the cat because of the stench associated with them. Oh, and dry food does nothing for the teeth of cats A. It breaks too easily finely and they usually swallow whole. The best thing for the teeth of cats is a wet or raw food, health checks and dental few years.

How is it done? (Handle in Toy braided fleece dog)?
So I want to do mine and my friend the dog a tug toy like this; http://ny-image3.etsy.com/il_fullxfull.82401119.jpg I just wanted to know how the manufacturer made this loop in the handle, without having to make a knot at the end of it? I wish I knew because he looks a lot more careful than with nodes at the ends of the handles. Thank you
It appears that you begin weaving in the middle of your sleeve. Put a heavy weight (like bricks) in the center, and begin weaving the first half of a point, then anchored down with another heavy object. Now plait the other half of the handle at the same distance as the other side. join the two ends together by combining and continuing the braid. Then a knot at the end and you're done. Very cute idea – I'll make one for my dog!

How do you get a puppy to stop biting?
I know you can not stop the puppy biting, but I need some advice to train responsibility to bite less. Thank you soooo much Kenzie, I'll be sure to try the thing icky! But I am always looking for new answers
We had a dog who liked to bite, and my neighbor said that when they bite you just download their lower jaw and the clamp to down with the palm of their teeth and say no, or there is this kind of things you can buy in the store to put your finger on the right before playing with it, so if he bites it then taste the taste and possibly will start linking icky icky taste to bite and not do either, but if you ignore it, even once you have to start over. Are there any super supplements for birds like parrots?
Hi, someone knows if there are food supplements for birds like parrots? Perhaps something like hormones or steroids? I ask because I was the pet and their parakeets are all fat and old. I asked the employee how come the parakeets are so large, he said that due to its a diet high in fat. But I think, is it possible that they also provide a kind of hormones / steroids or certain vitamins super? Someone know something like that?
Parakeets should not Getting Any type of hormones or steroids. They are too dangerous for them and cause much damage to their bodies. If the parakeets are all fat, it could be due to a high-fat, the type of seed diet. A parakeet fat is not a parrot healthy. Many of these parakeets eventually Gettting fatty liver disease, which can be fatal. Parakeets need to be fed a well balanced diet with plenty of fruits, vegetables and calcium in the form of a cuttlebone or mineral block.
