Is There a Healthy and Proven Method to Losing Weight?

As time passes by it appears so out of control that you have to wonder, "Is there a natural and proven way to finally get the excess weight off?" The question respectfully requires a closer look because whether realized or not the way we think about it, weight loss doesn't hit the mark. At first you may disagree but did you ever think about it, weight loss? Did you ever pay attention to what those two words really mean?

What overweight and obese people really have been trying to do for years in most cases is remove the unhealthy fat they carry. None of us have any desire to lose muscle and we without doubt don't want to reduce the amount of bone weight we have. So what we really want is to eliminate as much of that unnecessary, bulky and unhealthy fat off their bodies. You have to admit that this is closer to the truth of what is desired. So agree we should use the word fat instead of weight.

Let's also look at the word lose. People are programmed to to get back that thing we lose. If something is lost we our initial response is to search for it, are glad if someone accomplishes the search for us and delivers it to where it belongs or we are distraught that we lost it in the first place . If I am wrong on this point, we would simply pay it no mind and go on to the nest thing. Stick with me for a moment and switch out lose with reduce, eliminate, let go of, throw away, etc. I'm sure you follow the point .

Rewind to where we started to the whole idea of what's in the title; Is There a Healthy and Proven Method to Losing Weight? Simply put, yes. It began whether you realized it or not with the beginning of what you've been reading. It's in changing the way you look at things . As soon as we stand back and create a different perspective and behavior about the substance we're using emotionally we call food, then and only then can we have any say in what will happen and what we get physically about the how we use food. Generally we have become blind to our addiction to food and don't even give it a second thought any more. There are rooted deep emotional motivators why we continue to eat in ways that cause illness and disease as well as emotional pain and discomfort. And the truth remains we are not eating as nature intended if we are creating problems with these behaviors with food. If we ate when hungry and stopped when full and ate in a without the focus being on emotions, enough fat would be removed from us to create a more general happy and positive attitude. That may not be entirely true but give it some thought how much fat wouldn't exist on our collective selves if almost everyone was thinner ? Just imagine it!

Using hypnosis for weight loss, mind based reframing techniques regardless what it's called is becoming much more popular because people are realizing it works. Unless the patterns that are engrained in our subconscious why we keep eating in ways that is causing problems are attended to can there be any hope for something better. And it's not as if we don't know that these engrained patterns is when we do something over and over again that it eventually becomes automatic, subconscious. The dilemma is we aren't able to act in the actions that will end the misery during a long enough time for it to produce a habit because we continue to do so with the only way we thought existed though proven futile with will power, conscious force. If that had any impact on success for the majority of us not many people would be fat and have health issues or be embarrassed, unhealthy or continue or even increase bad habits which has become an epidemic while throwing away so much money, time and emotion to simply "lose weight."

It can't be stressed enough this has to stop, if we ever want to be of a healthier mindset and emotional well being that the place where these negative patterns live needs to be focused on, not the external part of us. It wasn't focusing on the body that got it fat. It was distracting ourselves from the real problem that lies within and/or trying to fill some emotional void that raised our total poundage to to be more than any society before us. It wasn't because we felt wonderful the way we were and then began the self punishment food train while rationalizing the behavior though getting unhealthier. No, we allowed ourselves to fall into denial and ate ourselves into this pitfall of bad health and personal issues, which is now called an epidemic, all because of self pity or a natural emotional need that's missing. The painful truth is that this perceived fix didn't do the trick . The prescriptions for weight loss and new best way to diet and everything else the $40 Billion weight loss industry continually bombards us with has proven futile and weak and cause even more pain and misery. See the truth and start with the safe, natural and proven effective approach of facing them and getting with your emotions and subconscious mind to change habits that will finally bring resolution to the problem.
